Cumberland County Sheriff’s Detectives have arrested a Westover High School teacher for having inappropriate relations with a student.
Armand Virgil Lee, 43, of 281 Carthon Lane, Raeford is charged with sexual activity with a student.
The 17-year old victim says on May 13th of this year, Lee performed a sexual act with her. The victim further alleges that Lee touched her inappropriately on May 22nd.
Lee is a Criminal Justice Instructor at Westover High School in Fayetteville. He is now being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $10,000 bond.
