Michael Dutch, Seth '40 & Hazel '41 Macon Professor of Business at Guilford College, was the plenary panel keynote speaker at the International Conference on "Managing Inflection Point in Changing Landscape: Through Technological Innovations," hosted by the Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad, India, on April 24, 2021. The title of his talk was "Quicksand, Innovation, and Organizational Culture," which examines how organizations resist the need to innovate.
