Alino's To Give Free Pizzas To Healthcare Workers, Teachers
Alino Pizzeria in Mooresville is hosting an appreciation day for healthcare workers, first responders and teachers this week.
MOORESVILLE, NC — Alino Pizzeria in Mooresville is showing appreciation for local healthcare workers, first responders and teachers during a special free pizza event on Thursday, April 16.
“We’re doing this to say thank you," said Alino owner Michael Bay.
The popular pizzeria said it gave away more than 2,000 pizzas at a similar event last month for healthcare workers and first responders.

"This time, the giveaway will include additional heroes who are working to keep us safe and educate our children," Alino's said in a statement.

Any healthcare worker, police officer, firefighter, or teacher can receive a complimentary whole Margherita or Sorrento pizza for take out by showing their workplace ID. The offer is available from noon until 7:30 p.m. One pizza per person.
The restaurant said it will not be able to take call-in orders on this day.
The restaurant is also continuing to prepare its most three popular pizzas every day at reduced prices, it said. The pizzeria is selling Whole Margherita, Sorrento and Bianca Pizzas for $10 each.
Aliño Pizzeria is located at Merino Mill, 500 S. Main Street in Mooresville.
