Chesterbrook Academy in Mooresville Donates 550 Pounds of Food

Chesterbrook Academy Preschool in Mooresville recently held a food drive to benefit Mooresville Soup Kitchen. Each classroom competed to see who could collect the most food for the chance to win a pizza party. The Pre-K 2 class collected the most food, with more than 125 items donated. Collectively, the school donated a total of 550 pounds of food, which was the second largest donation Mooresville Soup Kitchen has received so far this year. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of giving back and helping others.
