Detour, Intersection Closure Set In Mooresville For Water Project
The Mooresville Golf Club will remain open Thursday, however, traffic will be disrupted on West Wilson and Lowrance Avenues Thursday.
MOORESVILLE, NC — Traffic near the Mooresville Golf Club will be temporarily disrupted Thursday while a work crew repairs an old waterline, the town said.
The May 27 waterline repair project at West Wilson and Lowrance Avenues is not expected to disrupt water service to area residents, the Town of Mooresville said.
"Traffic control measures will be in place to direct drivers away from the intersection, which will be closed for the duration of the work," the town said. "The Mooresville Golf Club will remain open and can be accessed via Lowrance Avenue coming from downtown, but only golfers and residents who live in the area will be permitted to pass."
