Festival Of Food Trucks Prompts Road Closures In Mooresville

MOORESVILLE, NC — The Festival of Food Trucks returns to Downtown Mooresville this weekend, bringing with it some temporary road closures, the Town of Mooresville said Thursday.

The monthly event runs from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on North Main Street on Saturday.

The following road closures are planned from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m.:

• Main Street, from Center Avenue to Moore Avenue
• Broad Street, from Center Avenue to Moore Avenue
• Moore Avenue, from Main to Broad Street

More than a dozen food trucks are lined up for the event and include:

• Carolina Smash
• Dumpling Girls
• Hopper's Soul Food
• Katie's Snack Shack
• Lobster Dogs
• Mambo's on Ruedas
• Marlie Q's Caribbean Queen
• Momo Truck
• Mi Casa Taco's
• Nana's Porch
• Ole Buddie's Oinker Express
• Sal's Roadside Eatery
• OooWee BBQ
• SOBER Mobile Bar
• Taco Love Truck

Future Festival of Food Trucks are planned for Aug. 7, Sept. 4 and Oct. 2, according to Downtown Mooresville.
