Iredell-Statesville Schools Announce Open House Schedules

IREDELL COUNTY, NC — It won't be long before Iredell County students will be back in class, and area schools are forming plans to welcome them.

Iredell-Statesville Schools has released its schedule for upcoming open house events at schools throughout the county.

"Open Houses are an opportunity for students to meet their teachers, get their class schedules, and visit classrooms," said ISS spokesperson Boen Nutting. "They also will have an opportunity to ask questions about things like bus transportation, school lunch, school supplies, etc."

• Celeste Henkel Elementary — Wednesday, Aug. 18, 3:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m.
• Central Elementary — Wednesday, Aug. 18, 3 p.m. until 5 p.m.
