Six Mooresville restaurant kitchens were recently inspected, and here's what was found.

MOORESVILLE, NC — Health inspectors recently graded six Mooresville area restaurant kitchens. And while some violations were found, all the inspected Mooresville eateries retained their “A” health grade.

At McAlister’s Deli on River Highway, for example, an April 5 inspection documented 7 violations, including employees using the handwashing sink to get water to prepare soup, and an employee preparing food with prohibited jewelry.
