Johnson & Johnson Vaccination Event Planned In Statesville: ICHD
The appointment-only vaccination event is set for Sunday at the Manheim Statesville Auto Auction, ICHD said.

IREDELL COUNTY, NC — Iredell County Health Department will administer Johnson & Johnson one-dose coronavirus vaccines this weekend in Statesville.
The event, which requires an appointment, is set to take place Sunday, March 14 at the Manheim Statesville Auto Auction, located at 145 Auction Lane.
Those eligible for the free coronavirus vaccine include anyone over 65, high-risk medical providers, and frontline essential workers, according to Iredell County Health Department.

"A second-dose is not necessary for individuals who receive the Johnson & Johnson vaccine," ICHD said. More information about the Johnson & Johnson vaccine may be found here.

How To Make An Appointment
- Appointments may be made here.
- Follow the “Schedule Appointment” links to reach the first-dose vaccine table.
- Then click the “Schedule Appointment” link in the table for the March 14th COVID-19 Vaccination clinic.
- If appointments are available, select the time slot you would like.
- Create a new Novel Health account using your preferred email address, or log into an existing account.
- Confirm your contact and appointment information is correct.
- Click the “Book Appointment” button.
- Complete and print the registration form on the Health Department website and bring it with you to your appointment.
- Remember to write down your appointment time so you do not forget.
- Do not arrive at the Vaccination Site more than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
As of March 5, nearly 38,000 vaccines had been administered in Iredell County, of which about 24,000 were first doses and more than 14,000 second doses, according to the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services.
