Mooresville Graded Schools Announces Teachers Of The Year: List

MOORESVILLE, NC — Mooresville Graded School District lauded the efforts of 18 of its teachers Wednesday, announcing this year's slate of Teachers of the Year and Beginning Teachers of the Year.

"Being selected for this great honor means that these educators' service to the students, collegiality with their colleagues, overall professionalism, and stand of excellence in education have been acknowledged and appreciated at each of their schools," the school district said. "We recognize that all MGSD teachers are well deserving of this honor due to the outstanding instructional level of our teaching professionals in the Mooresville Graded School District. We thank all staff for their work toward our mission of preparing our children to be successful and responsible citizens in a globalized workplace, economy, and community."
