Mooresville Road Closures Expected Wednesday Due To Filming

MOORESVILLE, NC — Mooresville drivers should expect road closures and detours near downtown Wednesday due to filming, according to town officials.

Here are the road closures expected to be in effect on Wednesday, May 29, according to the Town of Mooresville:

• North Main Street, between Center Avenue & Moore Avenue, will have intermittent closures from around 4:30 a.m. until 9 a.m.

• North Academy Street, between West Iredell Avenue and Tunnel Road, will have intermittent closures from 7:30 a.m. until 6 p.m.

• Tunnel Road will be closed from North Academy Street to Mackey Avenue from 7:30 a.m. until 6 p.m.

On Thursday, May 30, parking will be restricted along South Broad Street from 1 p.m. until 6 p.m. due to filming in the area, according to town officials. "The 'no parking' restriction will be in effect from approximately Tequila’s Restaurant to the car wash, it said.
