Mooresville Youth Wrestling Registration Now Open: Details

MOORESVILLE, NC — Registration for Mooresville Youth Wrestling is now open until Oct. 21, according to Mooresville Parks & Recreation.

Children participating in the wrestling program must be at least 5 years old and no older than 13 years old as of Dec. 31. Wrestlers are matched with opponents within a 10-pound weight difference and no more than a two year age gap, according to the league.

Wrestling matches are held on Saturdays throughout December and January, and include one “home” match in Mooresville. All other matches require travel up to 1.5 hours away, recreation officials said.
