Rescue Dog, Bella, Could Be Your Valentine

MOORESVILLE, NC —There's hardly a better time than Valentine's Day to fall in love with a new puppy.

Mooresville-based Lake Norman Humane has a wide selection of rescue dogs looking for loving homes. These dogs were rescued from situations where they would otherwise be euthanized and could use some love on Valentine's Day.

Bella, a sweet retriever, is one of these dogs. Whether you have kids or other pets, she’s housetrained and ready to become a new companion for a new family.

“Bella was born into our program in September 2016. She was adopted out to a family who lived on a lot of land so Bella could run and play, her family recently moved to a smaller house with no yard. Bella was having a hard time adjusting to having no yard so her owners decided it would best if Bella could find a more active family. Bella is about year and half now. She has ton of energy and would do best in an active home with other playful dogs!”
