Sabor Latin Street Grill Opening In Mooresville In August
The new "fast-casual" restaurant located on Williamson Road in Mooresville will offer Latin street food.
MOORESVILLE, NC — Mooresville will soon have a new “fast casual” restaurant. Sabor Latin Street Grill is set to open a new 2,530-square-foot restaurant in the Mooresville Town Square complex in August.
The opening of the eatery at 279 Williamson Road marks the third Lake Norman location and 13th location in the Charlotte metro for the popular chain.
Sabor’s menu draws inspiration from street food favorites from El Salvador, Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Mexico and Colombia, which include empanadas, gorditas, arepas, yuca fries, tacos and homemade salsas.

“From the masa cakes used for arepas and gorditas, to the stuffed empanadas, braised meats, grilled carne asada and our unique salsas, our food is made fresh every day,” Dalton Espaillat, chief executive of Raydal Hospitality, said in a statement.

- Monday — Three Amigo Burrito and a drink for $6; $2.50 Mexican beers
- Tuesday — $1 tacos autenticos on corn tortilla
- Wednesday — Kids eat free
- Thursday — $7 arepa and empanada; $5 house mojitos
- Friday — $5 amigos margaritas
- Saturday — Craft beer specials
- Sunday — $2 domestic bees
- Monday-Friday, 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. — Happy Hour Tacos, $1 taco autenticos
