Spirit Halloween Store Returns To Mooresville In 2020
Spirit Halloween is looking to hire seasonal employees for its stores in Mooresville.

MOORESVILLE, NC — Halloween this year will fall a bit more on the tricky side as families in Mooresville navigate the usual treat-filled holiday amid a global pandemic.
Whether the coronavirus allows for the traditional door-to-door candy crawl or forces us to hold an improvised backyard treat hunt, no virus can steal the simple joy of dressing up in your carefully-selected annual Halloween costume.
To that end, Spirit Halloween stores will still be there to help with costumes and decorations than range from creepy to charming.

The company recently announced it plans to open its seasonal shops in 1,400 U.S. locations, including one store in Mooresville, located at 221 Norman Station Boulevard. Each store sells costumes, Halloween décor, and accessories for children, teens, and adults.

The world's largest specialty Halloween retailer also is calling for people across America to apply for the many seasonal positions. Each year, the company employs 28,000 seasonal workers.
"We are less than a month away from our first store openings, and Spirit Halloween is on time and ready to go. We are excited to start welcoming our seasonal team members for Halloween 2020," Steven Silverstein, Spirit Halloween CEO, said in a news release. "It's been a challenging year, but a Saturday Halloween provides a great escape. We need Halloween now, more than ever."
