NORTH CAROLINA — As the new coronavirus continues to spread across North Carolina, state and local officials have closed bars, banning group gatherings and putting a halt to restaurants' dine-in service. But, resilient restaurant owners statewide are remaining open and instead selling food by way of takeout and delivery.
