Police Searching For Suspect Who Robbed Bank With A Note

According to police, the suspect robbed the Charlotte bank Monday afternoon by passing a note to the teller.

CHARLOTTE, NC — Charlotte police are asking for the communities help locating a suspect they say robbed a south Charlotte bank Monday afternoon.

According to police, the suspect — who is described as a black male wearing a beige shirt and hat — robbed the Cooperativa Latino Credit Union located at 5910 South Boulevard around 1 p.m. by passing a note to the teller.

Police say the suspect is about 5-foot, 3-inches tall. His ball cap was dark with a tan emblem in the center.

CMPD said that anyone with information about this incident or with the ability to identify the suspect is asked to call 911, or leave an anonymous tip by calling Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600.
