Regal Cinema Offering $1 Family Movies This Summer In Charlotte
Kid favorites like "Sing," "How to Train Your Dragon 2" and others featured during $1 movie mornings at Regal Cinema in Charlotte.

CHARLOTTE, NC — Wondering what to do with the kiddos all summer? Regal Cinema is bringing back its popular $1 movies across the country this summer, featuring kid favorites like flicks from the “Despicable Me” and “LEGO” franchises, as well as many others.
The $1 Summer Movie Express films will be shown at 10 a.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings at the Regal Cinema locations in Charlotte.

- Regal Phillips Place Stadium 10, 6911 Phillips Place Court, Charlotte
- Regal Stonecrest at Piper Glen Stadium 22, 7824 Rea Road Charlotte
- Regal Starlight Stadium 14, 11240 US Highway 29, Charlotte
Knoxville, Tennessee-based Regal has been offering the deeply discounted movies since 1991 to “foster a love of moviegoing in each new generation,” according to a statement.
