Homewatch CareGivers of Chapel Hill & Cary Wins Prestigious Award

Nation's Leading Home Care Franchise Company Presents Local Entrepreneur with Distinctive Honor

CHAPEL HILL, N.C.– Homewatch CareGivers of the Triangle (Cary and Chapel Hill offices), won the “Sales MVP” award at the company’s recent annual conference and awards ceremony in Englewood, Colorado at the luxury Hilton Denver Inverness conference center.

Homewatch CareGivers is recognized as the nation’s quality leader in home care services that preserve dignity, independence and safety for clients under the supervision and care of highly trained caregivers. Its annual conference brings together home office leadership and franchise office owners from across the nation for four days of training, information sharing, and recognition of excellence.

“We look to identify franchise owners in our system that operate their business at a high level, but also work to give back to the system, and Anzor Gachechiladze and Stephanie Wright are those people,” said Julie Smith, CEO of Homewatch CareGivers. “Anzor and Stephanie work closely with the home office, and are always helping and working with other owners in the system. They are a true asset to the whole Homewatch CareGivers family.”

Themed “The Value of Outcomes,” the convention celebrated several key accomplishments and inspired all attendees – franchise owners, local market team members, and corporate leadership – to continue to aim high, think big, and rise to the occasion day-in and day-out. The four days included extensive sales and marketing training, educational seminars, and opportunities to share best practices.

The Homewatch CareGivers headquarters team completed comprehensive assessments prior to deciding which office would win the prestigious “Sales MVP” award. The Community Outreach Coordinators in each office, Anne Browning and Rachel McFatter, helped earn the recognition due to their outstanding delivery of a quality direct sales message that embodies Homewatch CareGivers’ mission, vision and values.

“Having our offices being recognized is a true honor,” said Wright. “We are a team and our collaborative efforts have allowed all of us to reach new heights and grow our own respective businesses.”

The conference also featured a series of presentations and panel discussions about the highly anticipated release of Homewatch CareGivers Care+, the advanced and proprietary client and caregiver web-based management system. Wright and fellow franchise owners have already begun adopting the platform, which creates a competitive advantage locally as a “high touch meets high tech” innovation. The efficiencies achieved were emphasized throughout the conference.
