Brier Creek Commons 4th of July Fireworks Show and Block Party

When: July 4, 2019/ 7:00 p.m.

You won't want to miss the fireworks display and block party celebration taking place at Brier Creek Commons. The free event will feature several July 4th festivities like games, bounce houses, prizes, face painting and more. The fireworks show will begin after dark.

Keep RLGH Independent 4 Miler

What: Keep RLGH Independent 4 Miler
Where: Dorthea Dix Park
When: July 4, 2019/ 4 miler at 8:00 a.m. or Kid's Fun Run 7:45 a.m.

If you're planning on indulging on endless barbecue you might consider this 4 Mile race at Dorthea Dix Park. Get a group together, go solo, or bring the kids for the fun run! Pay $40 to race and come in first, second or third place to win some cash.

NC Symphony Summerfest 2019: Independence Day Celebration

What: Music, Entertainment and Fireworks
Where: Koka Booth Amphitheatre
When: July 4, 2019/ 7:30 p.m.- 9:00 p.m.

Head to the Koka Booth Amphitheatre in Cary for another fun fireworks and entertainment option at the NC Symphony Summerfest 2019. Wrap up the night with a beautiful fireworks display over Lake Symphony.
