RALEIGH, NC — Flooding in Raleigh forced people to abandon their cars under feet of water Monday night. Photos and video showed several cars under water near the Crabtree Valley Mall, at the intersection of U.S. Route 70 and Creedmoor Road on the city's north side.

Other photos showed submerged cars in the parking lot of the mall.
