Raleigh Police Investigate Skeletal Remains In Woods
BREAKING: Human remains were found near Lake Boone Trail and Interstate 440 on Monday.
RALEIGH, NC — Skeletal remains were found in a wooded area in Raleigh and police are looking for clues. The human remains were found near Interstate 440 and Lake Boone Trail around 6:30 p.m. Monday, police said.
Homicide detectives responded to the scene. Police said they were treating the situation as a deceased person call, at least for now.
