AVON LAKE, OH — Coronavirus cases continue to drop across the country while the number of those who are fully vaccinated continues to rise, which means there is even more reason to celebrate this Independence Day. Musical performances and food trucks will help Avon Lake residents celebrate Independence Day, during the city's annual holiday fireworks show.

Music by Anne E. DeChant (6 p.m. to 8 p.m.) and The Spazmatics (8 p.m. to 10 p.m.). Jones Bones BBQ, Nelly Belly, Kona Ice and Cathy's Cle will all be on hand to sate appetites.
