Beer Truck Crashes Into Avon Lake Home

AVON LAKE, OH — A Budweiser truck crashed into an Avon Lake home on Friday morning.

The accident happened at 9:20 a.m. near Lear and Electric boulevards. The beer truck hit another vehicle, went off the road and into the house, the Avon Lake fire department told Fox 8.

The beer truck driver was hurt, but his injuries were described as not life threatening. No one inside the house was harmed.

The Lear-Electric boulevards intersection was briefly closed Friday morning as crews cleaned up the scene.
