Boo By The Woods Tickets On Sale To Avon Lake Residents
Tickets for the beloved annual events went on sale at 9 a.m. Tuesday morning.

AVON LAKE, OH — The beloved Boo by the Woods event will be held October 20 at the Avon Lake Public Library. Tickets for the event went on sale to residents on Tuesday morning. Tickets are $3 a person for residents.
The family-friendly Halloween party at the library features indoor and outdoor activities, haunted trails, and famous characters. Tickets are required to visit the haunted trail because there are storytelling elements. No self-guided tours are allowed that day.
Tickets are sold in 15-minute time block, the library said. That means that if you buy a 6 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. timeslot, you need to be in line at 6 p.m. Ticket holders that miss their time slot will not be allowed to enter the line. The trail walk itself takes 45 minutes.
