Sheriff Phil R. Stammitti is pleased to announce the promotion of Correction Officer Cenu R. Glover to the rank of Sergeant effective with today's date.

Sergeant Glover has been a member of the Sheriff's Office for over 22 years having been hired by former and retired Sheriff Martin J. Mahony as a Correction Officer in 1998.
He took a competitive examination for Sergeant on November 11, 2020 and after all phases placed #1. This position is a replacement position due to a retirement. Sergeant Glover will go through a training phase and will eventually be assigned to a shift overseeing Correction Officers.

Sergeant Glover has always performed his duties very well and will be a welcomed addition to the supervisory staff.
