EarthWise Pet Center Grand Opening In Avon Lake On May 1

AVON LAKE, OH — EarthWise Pet Nutrition Center & Wellness Spa will hold a grand opening in Avon Lake on May 1 and May 2.

The store carries natural foods and eco-friendly products for pets, and also offers services like pet walking, grooming, pet sitting and self-washing. The Avon Lake location will open in Learwood Plaza, at 375 Lear Rd. Unit C.

The grand opening celebration will be held from noon to 5 p.m. on both May 1 and May 2. EarthWise hopes to have adoptable pets on-hand for the grand opening, along with a 5 percent discount on all products, raffle baskets and 50 percent off self-wash stations. Residents from Avon Lake and surrounding neighborhoods are invited to bring their furry friends and participate in the festivities.

EarthWise's Avon Lake location is being opened by Felipe and Sharon Covarrubias, both Avon Lake residents. The couple spent most of their lives in the banking and finance industries before deciding to switch professional gears in 2018. They launched a year-long search analyzing multiple pet concepts before they landed on EarthWise Pet.
