As partof the 23rd annual National Cancer Survivors Day, the race is a benefit for The Gathering Place, a support center for people with cancer and their families. There will be 5K and 1-mile events, as well as a ceremony for survivors.
Advance registration for the 5K is $23 for adults, $18 for teens, $13 for youths 6-12 and free to kids 5 and under. Advance registration for the 1-mile is $20 for adults, $15 for teens, $10 for youths 6-12 and free for kids 5 and under.
