“Anyone who doubts the power of the arts to revitalize and create communities probably missed the FireFish Festival in downtown Lorain,” said Shawn Grieves and Tim Scholl, owners of Union Town Provisions in Lorain. “It has been heartening to see the energy that the visual arts, musicians, comedians and poets brought to downtown Lorain - not to mention the crowds they drew to local businesses, many of them enjoying the energy and economic stimulus that FireFish brings to the downtown entertainment district for the first time.”
