I-90 Reopens After Tanker Truck Overturns
Police said a HAZMAT team was called to scene to aid with cleanup.
AVON, OH — Part of I-90 in Avon was closed on Sunday night after a tanker truck overturned on the highway, spilling alcohol. Police shut down the highway between State Route 611 and the Sheffield Village line, but the area is now open to traffic, Avon police said.
The driver had to be extricated from the truck, according to Fox 8. He is in stable condition.
A HAZMAT team took part in the cleanup.

When the tanker first overturned on Sunday evening, police told drivers to avoid the area. The highway had to be shut down in both direction for cleanup.
