Kinzel Road Resurfacing Starts May 16 In Avon

AVON, OH — Despite the long stretch of rain that seemed to last through all of April and most of May (to this point) construction season is now in full bloom.

For Avon residents, construction season will hit Kinzel Road next. The city announced that resurfacing work on the street would start May 16. The project should last through late June.

Traffic will be maintained for local drivers and emergency vehicles during the construction. However, drivers should expect delays and other inconveniences when cruising through that area.

Drivers are being asked to adjust their commutes, either by building in more time or by changing their chosen route.
