Kohl's To Require Face Masks At Ohio Stores
Joining a growing list of retailers, Kohl's will require face masks inside all of its stores starting in July.

AVON, OH — Kohl's will require customers to wear face masks while shopping starting this month, the company announced.
The mask mandate goes into effect on Monday. Signs will be placed in front of stores telling shoppers about the mask policy.
"Store associates have been trained on the new health and safety measures in place, and we have associate greeters at the entrance of each store to welcome shoppers and remind them to wear masks," Kohl's said in a statement.

Currently, approximately 70 percent of Kohl's stores already require face masks to shop. This new mandate, the store said, will simply make a single policy company wide. Staff at Kohl's stores were already required to wear masks. That policy will not change.
"For those who’d prefer not to shop in store, we encourage customers to visit Kohls.com and take advantage of our new limited-contact Store Drive Up service, among other convenient shipping options," the company said in its statement.

Kroger, Walmart, Starbucks and Best Buy all announced this week that their stores are joining the growing ranks of retailers that are now requiring that customers wear face masks when they enter their stores.
