Motorcyclist Killed In Carlisle Township Accident

A motorcyclist hit a minivan which failed to yield, the Ohio State Highway Patrol announced.

CARLISLE TOWNSHIP, OH — A 32-year-old man was killed in a motorcycle crash on Sunday evening, the Ohio State Highway Patrol announced.

The motorcyclist was later identified as William Gunter, 32, from Elyria.

A 30-year-old woman driving a minivan was turning into her driveway on Butternut Ridge Road and didn't yield for Gunter. He hit the minivan and was killed, according to Fox 8.

Gunter was wearing a full facial helmet, the Ohio State Highway Patrol said.

No one in the minivan was hurt.
