Peer Models Needed For Avon Lake Preschool Program

AVON LAKE, OH — The Avon Lake LEAPS Preschool program is accepting applications for its Peer Models program.

The 2020-2021 program is open to children ages 3 to 5. Unlike previous years, there will not be an open house for the program, due to COVID-19. However, officials are working on an informational video.

Children who are already in the LEAPS program do not need to re-register. The registration process is only for new students.

Here's how to register:

1. Go to www.avonlakecityschools.org and click on the tab that says "Schools"

2. Open up the tab that says "LEAPS”

3. On the LEAPS page, click on "Forms"

4. Under the "Forms" column, click on the "LEAPS Peer Model Application, 2020-2021 School Year”.

5. Print out and complete that form.

Completed forms should be sent to Maria Szarek in the Avon Lake Schools District Office, 175 Avon Belden Road. Forms must be completed before being turned in.
