Shooting At Avon Lake Apartment: 33-Year-Old Injured
It's not yet clear what led to the shooting, police said.
AVON LAKE, OH — A 33-year-old man was shot at an apartment complex in Avon Lake, according to police.
The shooting happened in early June, though police first revealed details of the case on Monday.
On June 4, at 12:45 p.m., the 33-year-old went to University Hospitals Avon Health Center with a gunshot wound to his stomach. The shooting was believed to have happened in Avon Lake, so detectives were sent to the hospital.

The 33-year-old was shot while at an apartment complex on Moore Road, police said. It's not yet clear what led to the shooting.
The 33-year-old was released from the hospital on June 14.
