The Worst Intersections In Avon, Avon Lake: Patch Readers

AVON LAKE, OH — Intersection on OH-83 are the most reviled by Patch readers in Avon and Avon Lake, according to a completely unscientific poll. The most hated intersection may be the OH-83 and Redwood Boulevard, where drivers have "no respect for the crosswalk" according to readers.

Patch asked readers on Facebook "What's the worst intersection in your town?" And Patch readers in Avon and Avon Lake responded loudly. And often.

"Avon and Avon Lake have seen a major growth spurt over the past 20 years both in retail space and residential housing.... mostly residential housing. The roads, traffic patterns, traffic signs and lights might need to be reevaluated to better serve the public," said Kate Kassouf in response to Patch's question on social media.
