3 Men Indicted For THC Distribution Ring In Northeast Ohio
The Department of Justice said a three men, including a Pepper Pike resident, have been charged with conspiracy to distribute.
Three people have been indicted for their suspected roles in a THC distribution ring. Among those charged is a 28-year-old from Pepper Pike.
Frank Altieri, 25, of Brooklyn, Florida; and David Bruell, 28, of Pepper Pike, Ohio, and James Campbell, 35, of Boynton Beach, Florida have all been charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute tetrahydrocannabinol and one count of possession with intent to distribute tetrahydrocannabinol.
According to court documents, Campbell came to Cleveland and met with Altieri at a Holiday Inn Express. The Department of Justice said that during the meeting the two men transferred numerous boxes of THC cartridges into Campbell's care, and Campbell drove the boxes to a house in Cleveland.

During police surveillance of the Cleveland house, a Nissan Altima arrived at the home and people in the car were seen moving boxes. The Department of Justice said when investigators searched the home they found 5,888 THC cartridges.
Police also searched Bruell's home on Brandywood Drive in Pepper Pike, where they found more THC cartridges and cash, court documents said. A Nissan Altima was also found at Bruell's Pepper Pike house, the Department of Justice said.

Investigators also searched Bruell's CubeSmart rental units in Columbus and Warrensville Heights, court documents said. The Department of Justice said they found marijuana and at least 1,700 THC cartridges.
