5 Things You Need a Permit For in Beachwood

1. Garage Sales Permits -- Apply 3 days in advance, restricted hours, $5. 

2. Rain Barrel Permits -- Must provide details on type and location of rain barrel, no charge for permit.

3. Farmer's Market Permits -- No cooking allowed, must be registered with Ohio Agriculture. Must also have sufficient parking and permit for free standing temporary structure. More rules restrictions listed on city website. Permit fee: $25. 

4. Tent Permits -- Needed whether residential or commercial. Site plan and fire rating certificate required.  If the tent is to be used on a weekend, have it set up by 3:30 p.m. on a Friday for inspection. Fee ranges from $20 to $100 depending on size and number of tents.
