Beachwood Schools Almost Get Straight 'A's' On State Report Cards

The district is again one of the highest performing in both Cuyahoga County and the state.

BEACHWOOD, OH — The Beachwood City Schools are again one of the highest performing districts in both Cuyahoga County and the state. The school system nearly scored straight "A's" on the annual Ohio Department of Education report cards.

"We are proud of our students' performance on the state’s required tests and appreciate our staff's efforts to prepare them for these rigorous exams. The report card’s many distinct measures point to areas of tremendous success for our students and teachers and areas where we will continue to make efforts to improve," Superintendent Robert Hardis said in an email to parents last week.

He added that the community's emphasis on education and supporting the schools was the foundation of Beachwood's educational success. "Thank you for your continued support of our school system," he said.
