5 Weed Arrests In Beachwood This Weekend

Police arrested a man for selling marijuana at the mall, and busted several other people in the city for possession this weekend.

BEACHWOOD, OH — Three people were arrested Friday for drug offenses at Beachwood Place Mall. One of the arrested peoples, a man, is being charged with drug trafficking after he was reportedly seen selling marijuana at the shopping complex.

The other two men are being charged with obstructing official business and possession of a narcotic. One of the men was released on the scene, police said. The other two were arrested and taken to Beachwood Jail.

Possession of Marijuana, September 28 — Police investigated a suspicious vehicle at Winking Lizard on Central Parkway. As a result, a man was cited for possession of marijuana.

Disturbance, September 28 — Callers reported a possible fight near Beachwood Place Mall on Friday night. Officers ended up citing one person for possession of marijuana after investigating the incident.

Possession of Marijuana, September 29 — Police stopped a car on Richmond Road, near Cedar Road. The driver was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
