Free Summer Movie Series Starts June 24 In Beachwood

A family-friendly film will be screened outdoors each month.

BEACHWOOD, OH — The city's free summer movie series will start this week, on June 24. The Nut Job 2 will be screened at 5 p.m. that Sunday. There will then be two additional movies throughout the summer as part of the series.

On July 15, the city will screen Coco for resident. The final film in the series will be held August 12, when A Wrinkle in Time is shown.

The movies will be screened in the parking lot of the Beachwood Community Center, 25325 Fairmount Boulevard. Residents are encouraged to bring blankets, lawn chairs and picnic baskets to the events.

During the June 24 screening, the crazy but true gourmet popcorn truck will be on-hand to sell their delicious products to attendees.
