UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, OH — John Carroll University will hold a graduation ceremony this weekend, and the festivitites will affect parking and traffic around the campus.

On non-graduation weekends, University Heights police enforce a strict parking restriction for students. Only residents of the surrounding neighborhood are able to regularly park on the street. During graduation weekend, police said, they will not enforce the resident permit parking requirement.

University Heights police said they will also not enforce the no parking-areas (on red bricks) on South Belvoir, at the front of the campus. All other parking restriction in University Heights will remain in place.
