H&M Home Coming To Beachwood Place Mall

BEACHWOOD, OH —H&M will bring its Home store to Beachwood Place Mall this year. The company will expand into a 24,425 square foot space at the complex.

H&M Home will offer furniture and decorations for every room of the house. There are only seven H&M Home stores in the U.S. The H&M clothing store has been a part of Beachwood Place Mall for years, according to Brookfield Properties, who own Beachwood Place Mall.

“As only the second property in the entire Brookfield Properties portfolio of 170+ retail locations to receive approval for this new addition, we are thrilled to work with H&M on this exciting expansion,” says Heidi Yanok, Beachwood Place general manager. “H&M’s investment will not only provide a positive new experience for our shoppers but benefit the region as the only location of its kind in the Midwest.”

Brookfield Properties said shoppers can also expect these other new additions in 2020: Zumiez, JD Sports, Journeyz Kidz, Carters and Baja Bistro Tex-Mex Grille.
