Macaron Tea Room Opening At Eton Chagrin Boulevard

WOODMERE, OH — The Macaron Tea Room and Bakery will open Friday at Eton Chagrin Boulevard.

Inspired by classic British tea rooms, the shop will hold a grand opening ceremony at 10:45 a.m. before opening the dine-in tea room and bakery at 11 a.m. The tea room is inside the Atrium Shops at Eton.

On Friday and Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Cinderella will make a special visit to Macaron Tea Room. Throughout the weekend there will be exclusive Valentine's Day treat boxes, a flower bouquet pop-up and a brand new food menu. More information on opening weekend has been shared online.

“The new addition of The Macaron Tea Room is the perfect connection to our shops and restaurants at Eton,” said Lidia Saluan Richani, executive vice president of leasing for Stark Enterprises. “It was the component we were missing here, and we are thrilled to share this special place with the community.”

The Macaron Tea Room is being opened by Alla Yakimiv. She fell in love with the traditional British tea room during her travels and wanted to mix that concept with her love of macarons. Her garden themed tea room and bakery invites customers to "relax and enjoy yourself."

The tea room will offer traditional services, including high and afternoon teas, along with a full-service grab-and-go bakery.
