Manuel Barrueco is internationally recognized as one of the most important musicians of our time. His storied career includes collaborations with legendary classical musicians Placido Domingo, Barbara Hendricks, Emmanuel Pahud, and the King’s Singers; as well as rock musicians Steve Morse of Deep Purple and Andy Summers of the Police. The CCGS and the Cleveland Chamber Music Society co-sponsored his 2013 concert with Spanish string quartet Cuarteto Casals to a packed house in 2013; this performance marks his first solo concert in Cleveland in over a decade.

“A major artist with remarkable musicianship and a world of technique... simply and consistently – awesome.”
