Richmond Road Construction Begins July 2 In Beachwood

BEACHWOOD, OH — Richmond Road improvements will begin July 2, meaning construction crews working on the street. Luckily, traffic will be maintained in both directions during this period, according to a post from the city.

"The northbound lanes of Richmond Road from Shaker Boulevard to Chagrin Boulevard will be replaced beginning July 2nd," the city said on Facebook.

Traffic will be maintained in both directions on Richmond between South Woodland and Shaker Boulevard (west). A permanent construction zone will be set up on the east side of Richmond Road.

Signs will be posted in the area warning commuters about the impending construction. Drivers should be extra cautious when approaching the area.
