Carriage Hill Condos Repairs Beginning Soon

Work is expected to begin soon to repair a condo building at Carriage Hill, where a large exterior support wall collapsed earlier this summer.

The residents of four units in a condominium building at 6950 Carriage Hill Drive are still displaced after the large exterior wall collapsed on June 25. 

City officials are a recent council meeting said that work is expected to begin soon.

A large mound of soil rests near the collapsed wall, right next to a large pile of twisted debris from windows and frames.

It’s not quite clear why the wall collapsed, but heavy rains are suspected of playing a role in the collapse. 

No one was injured in the incident.
