Cleveland State Frat Suspended Pending Sexual Assault Investigation
Accused student also suspended in connection with sex assault that was reported Thursday at off-campus frat house.

Cleveland Police are investigating a reported sexual assault at a Cleveland State off-campus fraternity house, the Northeast Ohio Media Group reported over the weekend.
In the meantime, the accused student, and his fraternity, Sigma Tau Gamma, have been suspended from Cleveland State University.
The incident reportedly occurred Thursday, according to a release from Cleveland State. Cleveland Police are handling the investigation since they have jurisdiction off campus.

Cleveland State just started its winter/holiday break, with finals week ending on Saturday.
This isn’t the first time Sigma Tau Gamma has been in trouble at a Northeast Ohio campus. Last May, according to the NEOMG report, Kent State University near Akron suspended the fraternity for hazing and other violations.
