The BCA will have a Rain or Shine Community Garage Sale on Saturday, April 30, 2016.


We are offering tables for residents to sell their unwanted items. Fee is $10.00 for each 10 x10 space located in the upper level of the building. Each space includes (1) table. Additional tables are available for $5.00 each.
