- The 66th Annual Kiwanis Horse Show is slated to take place in the Brecksville Metroparks at Riverview from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Aug. 4.
- Losing some weight: TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) OH 2114 Brecksville is hosting its weekly Tuesday meeting at 5:45 p.m. at the Chippewa Place, activity room, located at 7005 Stadium Drive, Brecksville, OH.
- State Route 82 will be closed to all traffic starting July 29, and running through Aug. 13. Click here for the detour.
- Rummage Sale to benefit Cleveland's Most Courageous Women: The Faith Family Ministry is hosting the Cleveland rummage sale to benefit the Cleveland kidnapping victims, at 10 a.m. Aug. 3.
